Refund Policy

In the event of the customer cancelling their tour, a minimum of two months notice will be needed in order to offer a full or partial refund.

 

Due to the nature of this service (booking hotels, booking experiences, etc) many payments and deposits are paid in advance; however, we promise that will do our best to offer you a full or partial refund where possible.

 

If less than less than two months notice is provided, we cannot guarantee a full or partial refund, but we will genuinely do our best.
