Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change, and we'll always do our best to help where possible.

Administration Fee

 

A 5% administration fee is included in the price of every tour. This fee covers the costs associated with processing your booking, payment handling, administration, and reservation management.

 

As these costs are incurred when your booking is confirmed, the 5% administration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations made within the eligible refund period.

 

 

Cancellation Refunds

 

Refunds are calculated on the tour price excluding the 5% administration fee.

 

More than 30 days before departure: Refund of 95% of the total tour price.

 

15–30 days before departure: Refund of 50% of the tour price, less the non-refundable 5% administration fee.

 

Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

 

 

Changes to Your Booking

 

If you need to change your travel dates, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to accommodate date changes where availability allows, although this cannot be guaranteed.

 

 

If We Cancel Your Tour

 

In the unlikely event that Wild Irish Tours cancels your tour, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid, including the administration fee, or you may choose to transfer your booking to an alternative available date.

 

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected events that may require you to cancel your trip.
