We head for the Wild Atlantic West of Ireland. Stop at Bunratty Castle's 15th century tower for a guided tour - and a great picture!
We travel on towards Ireland's #1 site - the Cliffs of Moher. Rising 200 meters above sea level they truly are a photographers paradise. After leisure taking in the heights above the Cliffs, it's time to descend and take a ferry ride along the bottom. Bill O'Brien is the skipper, a local legend and personal friend.
We can lunch in the nearby Village of Doolin. Plenty of quaint bars run by local families and the fish is so fresh his mother doesn't know he's missing!
Travel along Galway Bay - famed in song and story and head for accommodation in Galway tonight. Plenty stops along the way for photographs, myths and legends. . .
Next day, we will enter the heart of Connemara. Ravaged by famine in days gone by its rugged beauty is breathtaking. Highlights today are Cong Village and Abbey, KIllary Fjord and Sheep Farm and Kylemore Abbey.
Return to Dublin.
